It appears most of the OnlineExchange.com distributors feel they have been injured via OLE's deceptive and unfair business practices which include, but not limited to, breach of contract. However, most of us are having problems peeling away the layers of B.S. OLE has covered itself with and continues to hide behind. It has taken us over three attempts to name who and what they have done to us. All four companies, OnlineExchange.com, NESAOnline.com, eCommerceExchange.com, & LeaseComm.com are involved is passing the buck, save for LeaseComm.com who is now viciously engaged in collecting OUR bucks. We are about to file in Smalll Claims Court & wanted to post our claims hoping this will help and encourage others to take all four companies to court at once. You may also use these allegations when you complain to the various government and consumer agencies, etc. Of course you will have to re-word some things, as we all have our own story, but DO write, tell, and sue ALL before LeaseComm.com sues you for failure to pay or worst yet, OLE goes out of business with OUR money! |
We are tired and have given all we can for now. However, we attempted to set these pages up to where you may do a cut & paste or print down & change to fit your individual situation. Then all you have to do on your Small Claim Form is say: SEE ATTACHED. After you file, begin to collect your evidence for court. Because we have 200 pages or so, we are submitting a book format just before the trial date to give the court ample time to review our substantiating documentation! |
